Job summary

Stoney Oak Painting is seeking a motivated Sales/Estimator to join our team in Birmingham. This is an in-person role focused on meeting customers, reviewing projects, and preparing accurate estimates to help clients decide to move forward with painting projects.

No painting experience is required; we provide full training on our sales process, estimating, products, color selection, and project management, with commission-based pay and substantial earning potential.

Stoney Oak Painting is a growing local painting company looking for a motivated, personable Sales/Estimator to join our team.
This is an in-person sales position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers make decisions about their painting projects.
No painting experience is required. We provide full training on our sales process, estimating, products, color selection, and how we manage projects.
