With the support of a manager, associates will explore territory growth options and work toward independent sales leadership roles. Local candidates only, salary and benefits detailed in the offer.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (Science, Communications or Marketing preferred).
• 1+ years in SALES, healthcare, or the Medical Device industry.
• Proven track record of team success.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High-level problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), charting, flow charts, and graphs; Salesforce and web-based sales tools familiarity.

Mansioni

• Obtain clinical competency with all PMT products.
• Provide stand-alone surgical case coverage and meet/exceed goals.
• Access surgeon targets and conduct prospect sales meetings.
• Train prospect surgeons on surgical techniques and PMT procedures.
• Manage Salesforce.com and expense management tool.
