Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Manager to steer a high-performing sales team in the Los Angeles area, driving lifecycle solutions across Service Agreements, Repairs, Modernizations, and Digital Solutions. The role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, and a focus on customer value and retention.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HVAC-related sales leadership and a track record of achieving growth through consultative selling and strategic account development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership experience within HVAC/building systems/energy services.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing, customer-centric consultative sales team focused on helping customers optimize assets and lifecycle value.
• Drive growth in orders, revenue, and profitability across Service Agreements, Repairs, Modernizations, Controls, Digital Solutions, Rentals and other service offerings.
• Develop a sales culture that aligns customer objectives with Op-Ex and Cap-Ex solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals to identify, generate, advance, and close opportunities via a disciplined consultative selling process.
• Execute MOS: territory planning, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement strategies.
