Job summary

Doka USA seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the NorCal Bay Area. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, promote our formwork and shoring solutions, and identify new business opportunities.

This role reports to the Farwest Branch Manager and requires a construction background, proven sales experience, and willingness to travel. Doka USA offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, business, marketing or related field.
• Concrete construction experience required.
• Proven sales experience in construction or formwork industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and understand their needs.
• Provide product updates and address concerns promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within formwork industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of formwork and shoring products to educate clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
