Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a high-energy Field Marketing professional to grow our Bay Area community presence. You’ll cultivate partnerships with gyms, studios, and retailers, co-host wellness events, and convert attendees into first visits at our clinics.

This role is field-first: you’ll be out 3-4 days a week, building relationships face-to-face and driving measurable bookings. You’ll manage partnerships, events, and CRM-driven follow-ups, with a clear path to more senior regional marketing

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in community, field/experiential, or events marketing, brand ambassador, hospitality, or local business development
• Magnetic, self-starting personality; loves people and closes the loop
• Real Bay Area network and local knowledge (bonus if fitness/wellness)
• Comfort owning a CRM and letting data guide decisions
• Strong project management skills with activations in calendar
• Results mindset with targets
• Genuine passion for health and helping people feel their best

Responsibilities

• Build local partnerships with gyms, studios, retailers, and civic partners across the Bay Area
• Own events and activations; manage calendar and on-site presence
• Drive bookings and clinic visits from post-event follow-up; hit targets
• Manage contacts and pipeline in the CRM; maintain clean records
• Set regional strategy; develop Bay Area playbook and report on performance
