Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to book meetings and drive qualified walk-throughs.
• Experience representing a brand at events and in local communities.
• Background in customer-facing startup environments is preferred.
• Ability to organize outreach and grow local market presence.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and book walk-thrus via phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with unbooked leads to improve conversion rates.
• Represent Honey Homes at local events, farmers markets, and community activations.
• Build authentic homeowner relationships in the Bay Area field.
• Share feedback to improve messaging and growth experiments.
• Help generate more qualified walk-thrus and onboarding visits.
