Job summary

Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) is seeking a Territory Manager for the Bay Area to execute retail distribution plans and drive product sales across cannabis, CPG, food and beverage, and wine/spirits categories. The role focuses on building strong retailer relationships and ensuring full territory coverage each reporting cycle.

Must reside in the Bay Area and have 3–5 years of sales experience in relevant industries, with 1–2 years of data platform experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Cannabis, CPG, Food + Beverage and/or Wine + Spirits industries preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail distribution plans and meet quotas across the full brand portfolio in the territory.
• Meet and exceed assigned quotas to drive performance.
• Deliver 100% coverage of the assigned retail territory every reporting cycle.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships and communicate client information across teams.
