The Territory Manager - Bay Area is responsible for executing retail distribution plans and driving product sales and marketing programs across an assigned California territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Cannabis, CPG, Food & Beverage and/or Wine & Spirits industries.
• 1–2 years of experience working with data platforms.
• Organized, accurate, detail-oriented and professional.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• CRM/HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Google Suite experience recommended.
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must meet KSS’s Motor Vehicle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail distribution plans and meet quotas across the full brand portfolio within your designated territory.
• Meet and exceed assigned quotas to drive overall performance.
• Deliver 100% coverage of your assigned retail territory every reporting cycle, according to client frequency plans.
• Serve as the liaison between the brand and retailer to introduce, maintain and grow product sales and marketing programs.
• Regularly meet with retailers to promote and enhance their customer experience, developing the strongest possible relationships.
• Communicate client information to retailers and internal departments to effectively execute programs.
• Uphold Compliance
• Adhere to company safety and compliance policies at all times.
