Job summary

Our Next Energy Inc / ONE is seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support sales operations, CRM maintenance, and market research in Novi, MI. You will help prepare quotes, manage materials, and keep the sales team equipped with up-to-date resources.

You will coordinate meetings, track opportunities, and assist with forecasting and documentation in Dynamics 365. The role requires independence, initiative, strong organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, marketing or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand basic battery technology to properly represent ONE and support Business Development activities.
• Support coordination and development of the sales process, including quotes, PO checklists, and commercial terms and conditions.
• Maintain customer pitch decks, datasheets, quote templates, and other commercial materials for the sales team.
• Support inbound sales leads and the sales inbox, schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and document meeting notes and actions.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline updates, customer status, and next steps to support commercial activities and forecasting.
• Assist with revenue and pack forecasting by maintaining customer demand data and forecast updates.
• Conduct market analysis and industry research to support initiatives.
• Create sales orders and support documentation in Dynamics 365 (ERP).
• Support trade shows, marketing initiatives, exhibit preparation, and related logistics.
• Prepare NDA and Supply Agreements through review and signature process.
• Maintain customer files, sales documentation, and records for data accuracy.
