Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Experience evaluating and fixing manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Support set-up, testing, validation and run of new equipment; maintain spare parts.
• Drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
