Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC seeks a Battery Systems Assembly Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians on the production floor, ensuring reliable operation of automated equipment and systems.

You will perform TPM-guided maintenance, analyze failures, and collaborate with engineers to implement corrective actions across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years troubleshooting mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Experience leading small teams or acting as go-to resource.
• Experience supporting preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication with technicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of maintenance technicians.
• Support preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and part removal.
• Log work, parts used, and procedures; flag abnormalities.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineers to solve problems.
• Diagnose machines including PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, and HMI systems.
