Job summary

EQORE Inc. is seeking an experienced delivery professional to own C&I battery install projects from contract signing through commissioning and handoff.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and coordinate electricians, EPC partners, and vendors on site, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while keeping the customer informed. You will be the customer’s single point of contact during construction and work to accelerate future deployments by creating repeatable checklists and

Qualifications

• Electrical/industrial electrical background with hands-on field time.
• 4+ years on electrical, solar, storage, or industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative on concurrent C&I battery installs from contract to commissioning and handoff.
• Build and hold project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines; review change orders and track variance.
• Manage permitting, AHJ and fire-department reviews; handle interconnection applications.
• Coordinate electricians, EPC partners, riggers, and equipment vendors on site.
• Verify installations align with approved designs; check terminations, conductors, grounding, CT/meter orientation, protection settings; sign off before energization.
• Lead functional testing and commissioning with controls and fleet engineers; ensure system performs as designed before enrollment and handoff.
• Be customer’s single point of contact during construction and keep their facility running.
• Turn each project into checklists, templates, and tools to speed up future work.
