Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Battery Storage projects. You will oversee supervision, craft and subcontractor performance, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality commitments are met on site.

The role requires 5+ years of field leadership on similar projects, a valid driver’s license, and completion of onboarding requirements. OSHA 10 certification is preferred and expected for site leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track, verify, and report Electrical construction activities against CPM schedule.
• Lead foremen and subcontractor meetings to support planning.
• Develop and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedule.
• Provide supervision and technical direction for safe, timely, quality work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual commitments.
