Job summary

Celgard in Charlotte, NC is hiring a QC Lab Tech to join the Quality team. The role involves performing chemical and physical tests on membrane separators, maintaining calibration, and ensuring accurate data documentation.

The position supports ISO-compliant lab processes and safety standards on a 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am). The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a lab setting, strong MS Office skills, and good math and unit-conversion knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience or related Celgard operations experience.
• Experience performing chemical and physical testing preferred.
• Record tests and observations accurately in systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and non-routine QC tests including physical and chemical testing.
• Maintain calibration status of equipment and records.
• Prepare data certificates for product shipments (COA) and maintain QC procedures.
• Collaborate across teams and participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Uphold safety and environmental practices and keep the lab tour-ready.
