Job summary

Anthro Energy, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician in Alameda, CA to support QC testing and validation of battery cells and electrolytes. You will work hands-on with battery materials, assemblies, and testing to ensure product quality and performance for internal milestones and customer projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience measuring and handling chemicals in small quantities.
• Experience with gloveboxes and pipettes.
• Familiarity with assembling fixtures and running tests on analytical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Team player with good reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine tool PM and calibration processes.
• Collect QC data for electrolyte and cell components.
• Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes with safety protocols.
• Safely operate lab equipment such as testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers.
• Collect and document test data and generate reports for engineering and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize quality performance and processes.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium‑ion chemistries.
