Job summary

Anthro Energy is seeking a Battery Cell Technician to support development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. You will work hands-on with materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure quality and performance.

Responsibilities include building and testing cells, performing capacity/cycle/thermal tests, handling materials safely, and documenting data for engineers and R&D teams. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of lab experience or equivalent technical background.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience measuring/handling chemicals and operating analytical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and test battery cells following SOPs.
• Conduct performance evaluations (capacity, cycle life, thermal tests).
• Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes with safety protocols.
• Operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, environmental chambers.
• Collect and document test data, generate engineering/R&D reports.
• Collaborate with engineers/scientists to optimize performance and processes.
