Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead battery projects during planning, execution and delivery phases in Irvine, CA. You will oversee planning, resource allocation, risk management and quality assurance to ensure successful mass production starts.

The role requires full-cycle battery project experience and the ability to communicate in English and Chinese for audits and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline relevant to batteries.
• Fluent bilingual capability in Chinese and English; able to draft project documents and conduct audits in English.
• Solid full-cycle battery project management experience, familiar with NPI and mass production delivery.
• Able to travel moderately as project and customer needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plan including goals, scope, schedule and milestones.
• Allocate and schedule resources across human, material, and financial domains.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect schedule and budget.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time project completion.
• Ensure battery quality meets standards and manage quality controls.
• Establish effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
