Job summary

This role focuses on serving as the primary liaison for US customers on battery cell and pack development programs, guiding cross-functional teams through RFI/RFQ processes, and ensuring milestones are met. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in TPM or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers during battery development programs.
Lead customer engagement, including technical discussions, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Lead and facilitate technical meetings and workshops with clear documentation and action tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through RFI/RFQs and technical proposals with engineering and commercial teams.
Develop battery cell and pack programs from concept through production with internal and external teams.
Maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
