The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in manufacturing leadership and experience in battery or high-volume industrial environments. A 5–6 month contract with potential extension is offered, with strong emphasis on Lean,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in battery manufacturing, energy storage, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to hit targets.
• Manage battery module/pack assembly, BMS integration, testing, and packaging.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance; conduct audits and training.
• Coordinate with supply chain to minimize interruptions and optimize inventory.
