Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
3-5 years manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to obtain a forklift/manlift license.
Effective communication with coworkers, supervision, and management.
Familiar with inspection equipment, gauges, and measuring tools.

Responsabilités

Coordinate activities of workers in the production of batteries.
Establish or adjust work schedules to meet production requirements.
Cooperate with staff, sales, and scheduling to achieve quality and production goals.
Control battery quality, scrap loss and defect reduction.
Analyze problems and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
Monitor productivity and coordinate with other departments and shifts.
Approve employee timecards/allocations for payroll.
Provide training to new employees and participate in continuous learning.
