Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• 3–5 years manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to obtain a forklift/manlift license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of workers in battery production.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Schedule work to meet production requirements based on capacity and manpower.
• Monitor quality, scrap, and defect levels to meet goals.
