Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise hourly production employees.
• Lead production operations to meet schedules, quality, and cost objectives.
