This full-time position requires 18+ years old, forklift experience, and basic math/computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with safety and environmental training.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving; prior forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Identify and report product, process and quality non-conformities to lead personnel.
• Support corrective/preventative and improvement actions.
• Use PPE as required.
• Respond to production paged requests promptly to avoid production delays.
• Transport raw materials, racks, skids and other materials to the line to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Transport grids and pasted plates as needed.
• Move finished goods from the line to maintain workflow.
• Comply with all health, safety and environmental rules.
• Transport scrap and hazardous waste containers to appropriate areas.
• Enter scrap and hazardous waste data into logs daily.
• Maintain and organize racks and shelves.
• Familiarize with Crown Quality System and align with quality objectives.
