FIXX Energy is a Smyrna, TN-based battery plant seeking a Process Engineer II to oversee safe, efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment. You will drive plant performance, develop procedures, and manage cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and throughput.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in a high-volume factory, and the ability to lead projects and vendor interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 1–3 years in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant efficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead equipment performance evaluations and optimize resources.
• Create equipment and process procedures for manufacturing staff.
• Develop process sheets for assigned area.
• Support process/design changes and Kaizen activities.
• Lead equipment acquisitions for new model launches.
