Hadrian Automation, Inc. is expanding its battery pack assembly capability in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. We seek a Manufacturing Engineer to develop the pilot line from concept to repeatable, safe production, working with a small specialist team.

You will refine processes, fixturing, and tooling for pack assembly, cell joining, and thermal management, with room to grow ownership as the line scales and production ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field relevant to manufacturing.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience with battery pack/module assembly.
• Experience with cell joining technologies (laser/ultrasonic/resistive).
• Experience developing fixturing, tooling, or work instructions.
• Comfort working on the production floor and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong structured problem solving and data-driven improvement skills.
• Ability to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Person with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document assembly processes for the pilot line.
• Support cell joining process development and qualification builds.
• Design and build fixturing, stations, and tooling for the line.
• Write and maintain work instructions and process control plans.
• Support electrical test, formation, and pack acceptance testing.
• Implement traceability and lot control with QA collaboration.
• Run root cause analysis and drive yield/cost improvements.
• Support safety practices on the floor and compliance testing.
• Collaborate across design, automation, supply chain, and quality teams.
