Job summary

American Lithium Energy Corporation, a leading clean energy company, is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Operations Manager to scale our pack assembly operations on the shop floor. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity, leading cross-functional teams from prototype through production ramp.

You will build capacity, develop tooling and processes, and ensure compliance with AS9100D and customer requirements while driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in battery module/pack leadership.
• Experience leading pack assembly, NPI/industrialization, ramp, and teams.
• Knowledge of lithium‑ion pack architecture, assembly equipment/tooling, BMS integration, and thermal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily battery pack assembly operations and production schedules to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Own pack manufacturing processes including cell prep, module/pack assembly, wiring, and final assembly.
• Lead NPI/industrialization from prototype to ramp, supporting PFMEA, Control Plans, and work instructions.
• Develop capacity, staffing, equipment, tooling, and capital plans for demand and growth.
• Ensure AS9100D compliance, document control, traceability, and CAPA processes.
• Drive FPY improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
