General Motors is seeking a Battery Systems Lab Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional lab operations and ensure robust test planning and execution readiness across the enterprise.

You will monitor MAQ, manage DUT shipments, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with program objectives. Role requires regulatory compliance, ISO 17025 familiarity, and strong CTMS usage. Hybrid in-office 3 days / 2 days remote in Michigan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with battery systems testing and environmental regulatory requirements is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 implementation and related documentation is expected.
• Experience creating, tracking, and maintaining test requests, DUT records, and approvals using CTMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional lab operations and test planning for battery systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality lab test requests.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, MAQ, and environmental permits for tests.
• Manage DUT shipments, test readiness, and chemistry approvals within CTMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee calibration schedules and ensure traceability to standards.
• Support BPD activities, including cost tracking and utilization reporting.
• Facilitate weekly CTMS/Battery Systems Lab priority meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
