Job summary

This role reports to the Director of Solution Engineering and supports the development of safe, reliable, technically compliant, and commercially competitive battery energy storage system solutions. You will work closely with customers, sales, product management, manufacturing, project engineering, supply chain, and global technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in battery energy storage, renewables, or electrical power systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Perform sizing, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Review specifications, proposals, and customer requirements.
