Interstate Batteries is seeking a Pre Sell Delivery Driver to promote products and ensure accurate, timely delivery of batteries and materials to dealers. You will meet sales/service metrics, keep displays updated, and maintain dealer relationships.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage routes with attention to detail while following driver program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant customer service experience.
• Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience, preferred.
• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide reliable support.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales and service metrics as defined by the manager.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of new batteries, merchandising fixtures, and all other battery related products.
• Communicate effectively with Pre Sell Manager via text, email, and phone calls.
• Accountable for executing consignment changes, securing recyclable batteries, completing warranty claims, performing battery rotations, collecting cash, and invoicing.
• Maintain the route by keeping displays clean and keeping the dealer list up to date.
• Maintain dealer relationships.
• Interact professionally with all stakeholders, including team members, managers, and customers.
• Follow/fulfill all driver program requirements, as specified by the manager.
