Interstate Batteries is seeking a dedicated Pre Sell Delivery Driver to promote our battery line and ensure timely delivery to dealers. You will handle pre-sale tickets, delivery of batteries and related products, and maintain accurate dealer records while communicating with the Pre Sell Manager via phone, text, and email.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of customer service experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle and forklift.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of relevant customer service experience.
• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Must have a clean driver’s record and meet driver qualifications requirements.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fork lift.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to ensure timely deliveries and efficient route coverage.
• Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems required.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory management tools is required (tablets, scanners).

Aufgaben

• Sell new batteries and all battery related products that were pre-sold.
• Complete pre-sale tickets accurately and submit to warehouse in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of new batteries, merchandising fixtures, and all other battery related products.
• Communicate effectively with Pre Sell Manager, including text messages, email, and phone calls.
• Rotate batteries and collect junk batteries, and manage warranty claims as needed.
• Deliver new batteries and invoice units that fail to last warranty period.
• Maintain dealer relationships and service each dealer.
• Follow all Environmental Health and Safety rules and policies.
