The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and learning across the production line. Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring processes, loading materials, and working with subject matter experts to troubleshoot.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply basic math; read and interpret instructions.
• Ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators for proper operation.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting.

• Operate basic computer tools and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn battery cell manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Operate and monitor production lines with PLC/HMI interfaces.
• Load and move materials; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist SMEs to resolve issues.
• Perform equipment maintenance and basic cleaning as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
