Job summary

OK Foods is hiring a Batter/Breader Operator (2nd Shift) for Dept. 149. The role supports production by setting up lines, operating equipment, and ensuring correct breader/spice mixtures. Expect heavy lifting and a safety-focused environment with 75 lb. maximum lifts and a loud, wet workspace.

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour with incentives, shift premium, and benefits. This is a safety-sensitive, full-time position on the 2nd shift from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Operates a machine and ensures it is working properly.
• Adjusts product flow from the machine.
• Adjusts and checks equipment used for different products being run.
• Ensures the right combination of breader and spices is used.
• Keeps the equipment clean and organized.
• Notifies management if there is a machine malfunction and maintains a safe, sanitary work area.

Shift Time: 4:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
