Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the Heavener facility to perform unskilled labor across assigned production stations. This role requires compliance with safety rules and quality standards while supporting team operations during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift.

No prior experience or formal training is required; basic reading and counting skills are sufficient to begin training and contribute to daily production goals.

Summary

Performs various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works at assigned work station or other work stations with equivalent job requirements as production needs require and as assigned by supervisor.

Fills in for other production employees with lesser or equivalent job requirements due to absences, vacations, production needs, etc.

This is a safety sensitive position.
