Job summary

Bachoco USA is hiring a Batter/Breader Operator for the Albertville Plant II, on the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role centers on adjusting breading machines to meet product specifications and maintain throughput.

The position offers $13.50 per hour with incentives and benefits including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, paid holidays after 90 days, and vacation after 90–270 days.

Qualifications

• Adjust breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency per specs.
• Lift and dump bags of flour up to 80 pounds.
• Verify ingredients are correct per product specs.
• Adjust product flow to optimize throughput.
• Operate in cold/wet environment (45°F / 4°C).
• Stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Work in a noisy area (>85 dB), with CO2 and moving equipment.
• Work in a dusty environment.
• Stoop and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Verify correct ingredients are being used per product specs.
• Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets.
• Adjust product flow to optimize throughput.
• Work in a cold/wet environment (45°F / 4°C).
• Stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.

• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
