Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Batter/Breader Operator for the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves setting up and tearing down lines, sorting and boxing finished products, and labeling according to customer specs.

Qualifications

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Sort and grade product.

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept. 151 - Batter/Breader Operator HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $ 16.50 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
