Job summary

Gray Media, a leading local media company, is seeking a seasoned digital advertising seller in Shreveport, LA. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling a comprehensive digital suite (OTT/CTV, display/video, SEM, paid social, SEO) to local and global advertisers.

The role offers uncapped earnings with a base salary plus commission, and a quota-driven path to aggressive growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Must be a consultative, quota-carrying seller with a track record of new business development; digital advertising or agency sales background strongly preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and building a pipeline with measurable results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting plan and generate net-new revenue and pipeline.
• Lead discovery to understand goals, funnel performance, and success metrics.
• Sell integrated digital advertising solutions (OTT/CTV, display/video, SEM, paid social, SEO).
• Develop multi-product proposals tied to business outcomes (leads, sales, ROAS, CAC).
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, launch, and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
