Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on technician to perform small surface repairs with speed and care. You will engage in customer-facing service, track repair progress, and follow our 5-step repair process using your personal toolkit. Training is provided and overtime is available.

The role emphasizes color matching and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality workmanship and timely completion. Benefits include paid holidays and stipends; great work/life balance with no weekends.

• Color matching: you must detect, evaluate and reproduce colors.
• Facilities maintenance is a bonus but not required.

• Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
• Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.
• Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.
