Pj Fitzpatrick is hiring a Bath Warranty Technician to perform warranty work on bath and shower systems and to document warranty claim issues. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install with hand and power tools, deliver detailed estimates, and manage paperwork and payments while maintaining the company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have hands-on plumbing experience, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with customers and the Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting experience with bath or shower installations.
• Hands-on repair and installation experience required; plumbing knowledge a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and lift up to 105 lbs.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, and perform repairs.
• Manually carry out repairs with hand and power tools.
• Manually carry out installations with hand and power tools.
• Provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs.
• Fill out work orders.
• Collect payments.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure regular maintenance.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each job.
