Job summary

PJ Fitz in Pittsburgh seeks a Bath Warranty Technician to perform warranty work on bath and shower systems, document issues, report root causes, and prepare return forms for efficient repairs while supporting active installations as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs and installations with hand and power tools, maintaining safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service to customers and Warranty Coordinators after each job.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting bath/shower installations.
Hands-on repair work required; plumbing experience is a plus.
Must follow safety protocols.
Lifting and carrying up to 105 lbs.
Long periods driving a vehicle.
Climbing ladders up to 6 ft.
Frequent standing, bending, crouching, reaching.
Excellent customer service as part of warranty support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions and effect repairs
Manually carry out repairs with hand and power tools
Manually carry out installations with hand and power tools
Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs
Fill out work orders
Collect payments
Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance
Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job
