Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking a Bath Warranty Technician to support warranty work on bath and shower systems in the Pittsburgh area. You will troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and carry out installations using hand and power tools to ensure high-quality workmanship.

You will also prepare written estimates for non-warranty repairs, fill work orders, collect payments, and maintain vehicle and safety protocols while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience troubleshooting bath/shower installations.
• Hands-on repair work required; install/plumbing experience a plus.
• Must follow safety protocols.
• Lifting up to 105 lbs from truck to job site.
• Frequent driving to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions and repairs.
• Carry out repairs with hand and power tools.
• Carry out installations with hand and power tools.
• Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work; provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs.
• Fill out work orders.
• Collect payments.
• Maintain company vehicle; ensure regular, timely maintenance.
• Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service.
• Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job.
