Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs and installations with hand and power tools, maintaining safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service to customers and Warranty Coordinators after each job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting bath/shower installations.
• Hands-on repair work required; plumbing experience is a plus.
• Must follow safety protocols.
• Lifting and carrying up to 105 lbs.
• Long periods driving a vehicle.
• Climbing ladders up to 6 ft.
• Frequent standing, bending, crouching, reaching.
• Excellent customer service as part of warranty support.

• Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs

• Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job

Job description: Bath Warranty Technician

Job Responsibilities:

A Bath Warranty Technician is responsible for carrying out warranty work on bath and shower systems. Document warranty claim issues, report root cause of issues, and create detailed return forms for efficient repairs. Support market production needs to assist in completing active installations as needed.

• Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions and effect repairs
• Manually carry out repairs with the use of hand and power tools
• Manually carry out installations with the use of hand and power tools
• Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs
• Fill out work orders
• Collect payments
• Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance
• Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
• Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Pay: Hourly rate of $25 an hour plus the potential of a monthly incentive

Job Requirements:

Lifting and carrying equipment, materials and supplies from service truck to residence or job area up to 105 lbs.
