You will design seasonal bath collections, create CADs and colorways, develop trims and textures, and collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery from concept to finished product.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design or textile/home design.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

The Opportunity

A leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This is a hands‑on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing. This person should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
