Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC seeks a Product / Textile Designer for bath and soft home categories. This hands-on role blends creative development with technical execution from concept to production in our New York, NY office.

You will design seasonal bath collections, create CADs and repeat patterns, develop trims and construction details, and prepare production-ready artwork and tech packs for factories. Strong organization and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in product/textile/home design or related field
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions
• Collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines
