Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Product / Textile Designer – Bath for a leading home fashions company in New York. The role involves hands‑on design across bath and soft home categories, from concept through production, with a focus on seasonal collections and production‑ready artwork.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop/Pointcarre, and strong knowledge of textiles.

Qualifications

3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
Experience developing production‑ready artwork and repeat patterns.
Strong knowledge of textiles and soft‑goods construction.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
Collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
