Job summary

BathWorks Michigan is seeking a Home Remodel Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade bathrooms with premium remodeling solutions. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and delivering an outstanding homeowner experience while pursuing performance-based income growth.

Position involves in-home appointments within approx. 100 miles of your home, with a base salary plus forgivable draw and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or consultative sales experience preferred
• Confidence asking for the sale while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
• Ability to build trust and create a comfortable buying experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Availability for a rotating stable schedule: Week 1: Monday-Friday, Week 2: Tuesday-Saturday
• Availability for appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
• Ability to run approximately 11 appointments per week (not guaranteed)
• Base salary with forgivable draw structure
• Uncapped commission opportunity

• Guide customers through the process in a professional and consultative way
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from consultation to close
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of your home
