BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Home Remodel Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Kalamazoo areas. You will build trust, understand needs, and present customized bath/shower remodeling solutions in a consultative, non-pushy style.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, and training with pre-set, high-intent leads. Expect a rotating schedule and travel within a ~100-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Customer service or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Confident asking for the sale while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism.
• Ability to build trust and create a comfortable buying experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Availability for a rotating schedule and appointment times (10 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM).
• Willingness to travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of home.
