Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is expanding its team to hire a Home Remodel Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade their bathrooms with premium remodeling solutions. This role features a base salary plus commissions, with pre-set, high-intent leads and a monthly car allowance.

You will build trust, consult with homeowners, present customized options, and guide customers from consultation to close. Travel within roughly 100 miles of your home, with a rotating schedule and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Ability to ask for the sale while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Positive attitude, coachability and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel within ~100 miles of home.
• Availability for rotating schedule (Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat) and appointment times (10 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM).
• Ability to run ~11 appointments per week (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments.
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs.
• Design and present customized bath and shower remodeling solutions.
• Guide customers through the process consultatively.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from consultation to close.
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of home.
