Bath & Cabinet Experts in Merrillville, IN is hiring an Install Assistant to learn carpentry, plumbing, and finish work while supporting lead installers on bath and shower installations. You'll get paid, on-the-job training, tools, and a clear path to advancement.

Expect hands-on duties: set up, demolition, cleanup, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and space prep. Bring reliability, willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license for occasional job site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling or renovation is helpful.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and grow in home improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily job tasks: setup, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading, measuring and cutting materials, framing, space preparation.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Keep the company truck organized and stocked with tools and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service for a 5-star experience.
