Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Showroom Consultant to drive sales and margins in our Bath & Kitchen showroom. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, qualify needs, and present solutions to designers, builders, and remodelers as part of our eco-system.

You will build long-lasting relationships, manage quotes, and support big-ticket projects with a focus on high-end products and premium service. This role is on-site at our showroom and requires strong product knowledge and customer-centric

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
3+ years in sales with demonstrated success.
Experience in home furnishings or high-end products.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process (qualify, quote, close, follow-up).
Grow customer base within company targets and maintain Active Accounts.
Generate accurate quotes and product books within one business day of meetings.
Develop relationships with designers, builders, and remodelers to drive new business.
Promote all product categories (appliances, plumbing, outdoor grilling) to customers.
