Reece USA is seeking a Showroom Consultant in Austin, TX to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build lasting relationships with designers, small builders, and high-end remodelers. You will quote accurately, manage product categories, and promote appliances, plumbing, and outdoor grills.

You should bring strong sales ability, appliance knowledge, and the capacity to work with market trends to offer optimal solutions. Full-time role with on-site showroom duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• 3+ years in sales with demonstrated success.
• Experience in home furnishings or home improvement or complex sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
• Qualify customers to understand their business needs and apply pricing rate cards.
• Develop relationships with designers and high-end remodelers.
• Prepare accurate quotes within 1 business day of interaction.
• Convert quotes to approved orders and follow SOPs for sales orders.
